The SLTI assessment process is a complete development cycle for supervisors or leaders: Leaders learn to select the best style for a specific set of circumstances that includes the developmental level of the subordinate. Leaders are shown how to employ coaching strategies to develop their direct reports, to move them toward higher autonomy, competence, and improved productivity.
